Dear Parishioners,

We are excited to announce our participation in the 2026 #iGiveCatholic campaign! “CANDLE HOLDERS: small holders, BIG Faith.”

Through your remarkable generosity over the past few years, St. Peter Church has made vital functional and esthetic improvements. Together, we have replaced air conditioning units, installed handrails, and upgraded our altar lighting. Most recently, thanks to dedicated donors, we replaced our old, worn altar linens with vibrant new ones that beautifully reflect the seasons of the liturgical calendar.

Every project we choose for #iGiveCatholic begins with you. We highly value the ideas and suggestions shared by our parish family, and this year is no different.

Our recent efforts have focused on beautifying our sanctuary, we have illuminated a once very dark sanctuary and replaced our altar linens to better glorify God in our sacred liturgy. In keeping with this theme, several parishioners, including some of our altar servers and children, have wondered about our black wrought iron candlesticks. which would ordinarily be found in a monastery, and many have requested that we transition to traditional altar furnishings that naturally brighten and adorn our sanctuary.

With this in mind, we have chosen to dedicate this year’s #iGiveCatholic campaign to replace the black wrought iron pieces with traditional golden altar furnishings, matching the sacred style seen in many of our other parishes.

Just as we prepare our hearts and minds to receive the Word of God, let us also prepare our sanctuary for beautiful worship. Thank you for your steadfast support and dedication in the past. We pray that your generosity toward our parish home continues this year.

Advanced giving begins on November 16, leading up to Giving Tuesday on December 1. Please prayerfully consider making a contribution to support St. Peter Church.

God Bless you Abundantly,

Fr. Stephen
